Food average, service terrible, large group the servers complained a lot, can only give food if pre ordered. Even for kids wanted simple white rice not possible. Server even though knew how many people booked in advance complained it was difficult for them to serve, service slow, food bland. Not recommend.
Usually you message the person who left the review, not randomly message the person who booked it. More professional would be to apologize for complaining to paying customers, or making sure the food is flavorful. Customers have the right to have an opinion.
