To be honest, there's no complaints on the food. Much like a Michelin star experience (the restaurant will probably get one in the future), each dish is less of a "I'm hungry, please feed me", and more of a "take me on a journey". The place is tastefully decorated to air of class. Tables are arranged with lots of privacy for diners.
I like the entree of Hamachi, pear in white ponzu sauce. The ikura with Caviar and hunan ham is also creative. The 烤小牛胸腺 with 梅菜干菜is a must try. It is soft and chewy with layered texture.
The main course of 鹿肉 is the champion for the night. Best taken raw. It is definitely not gamey and it is surprisely very tender. It melts in the mouth.
