I used to go here 12-13 years ago, but I haven't been here much recently. I was curious about how it was being run after the acquisition turmoil, so I decided to stop in. The menu has changed completely, and although they still have the same menu items as before, the prices are higher. It's just like in Japan, the service doesn't speak English, and maybe they speak a little Japanese? It has a thoroughly tidy atmosphere compared to the past, and although the building is old, it is kept clean. It's a Japanese restaurant after all. This was a pretty good option for lunch. I got a fish dish (meal set) as well as the black vinegar veggies as a side. The fish meal was okay, i didn't eat the egg custard because there's meat in it. The veggies were quite good, i do recommend that one.

對不擅長點菜的人來說，吃套餐或定食是最省時省力的選擇。 而日式定食就是最優良的選項，因為簡單又不太容易踩到地雷，大戶屋就是一間不錯的日式定食餐廳。 大戶屋是連鎖餐廳，在百貨公司的地下美食街常看到，今天中午和同事來到位於民權東路/中山北路口的大戶屋民權東路一段店。 一段店開在燦路都飯店地下一樓，來到飯店門口就可見大戶屋招牌。進入飯店大門後往右邊走下地下室就到大戶屋，也有電梯可搭。服務生菜單很豐富，也將食物拍得很美味，真難抉擇。 今天中午選擇炭烤雞豬雙麴定食(350元) 鹽麴豬五花以及醬油麴雞肉，分別以炭烤的方式讓鹽麴及醬油麴獨特的香氣擴散，大戶屋使用在日本相傳300年以上的永田釀造所生產的鹽麴與醬油麴，醬油豆麴是醬油製作過程中以低溫經長時間發酵與熟成醞釀出來，味道很不錯。套餐附白飯、味噌湯、茶碗蒸、醬菜。飯、湯、高麗菜絲可免費續加。 <註> 白飯補差額30元可更換的飯類(蒸籠五穀飯、山芋泥飯、小魚飯)，不可續加。 推薦跟我一樣有選擇困難症的人。
