Very bad customer service. We had a reservation at 6pm (which is very early while the restaurant is at least half empty). Originally they took us to 3rd floor. Because it was inconvenient for elderly and kids to climb all the way up thru stairs we requested to be seated on 2nd floor. Then the nightmare started. It was super HOT and STUFFY. They refused to take us anywhere else and repeated telling us the restaurant was FULL and the waiter even paged the manger to come and say No to us. He was whispering on pager and referring us as difficult customers to his manager. Finally the manager came and restated the same thing but agreed to turn on the AC higher. But I’m not sure if there was something wrong with the AC, we were all sweating the whole dinner. Very poor/little seafood selection When we go downstairs to order our dinner, we ask for uni, they told us it was sold out (again it was only 6pm and the restaurant was at least half empty) We ask for mud crab, no surprise, they still don’t have it. The fish and crab they had on display seemed old and not that fresh, but we had no choice but ordered whatever the waiter recommended. Whats worse is that they don’t even have an acceptable beverage selection besides alcohol. The food we ordered was just average. But with bad customer service and poor seafood selection, it didn’t worth the money. I will definitely avoid this place...

Great place with great ambience. Popular spot for business dinners so do make a reservation if you’re going on a Friday night or weekend.

The Alaskan King Crab legs were soooo juicy and huge. Enjoyed them thoroughly - coming from someone who doesn’t typically derive much joy from eating crabs.

The clam soup was pretty good too. We got them to make it with ginger instead of garlic and it was yummy and wholesome.

The sashimi platter was amazing. I don’t know why the oysters weren’t fresh (they said the only option that day was baked). Was slightly disappointed cos the last trip we were here, there were fresh oysters which I much prefer. The uni was a miss this time. Everything else was great though.

The grilled fish was nicely seasoned. The beef cubes were also pretty alright. Not a must to order at a seafood restaurant haha

For fruit that night, they served us white dragon fruit, pineapple and rose apple.

Definitely a nice place to go for a more “upscale” seafood dinner. Our hotel reception staff that helped make the reservation said locals don’t typically come here cos it’s on the pricier side, but they said the...

I would want to give it a “0”, it was our first time there and the service was unbelievably bad. As soon as we walked into the door, the staff didn’t even bother to tell us there is no menu and we need to order at the entrance. The staff brought us to third floor without introducing what they have, we had to ask on our own and googled the menu on our own!!!!! How ridiculous!!!!!! We asked the staff what kind of food that’s served in the hotpot, the first staff who served us couldn’t even answer the questions!!!! How professional??????? Crabs in the hotpot weren’t even that fresh and the best food that we had was the free fruit!!!! Lastly, they don’t freaking accept CREDIT CARD!!!!! Their food is ultra pricey!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!! Not...

Hello Viewers, coming to Taipei for one of the most famous fish market, then you gotta come in and try Trevor's De La Mer. I love the richness, complicity foods presentation, especially for a large group of business. the foods are prepare with freshness, and variety of the seafoods, my opinion of the seafoods are as long as they are fresh, they are very tasteful. lucky, coming here for the business trip, we have 20+ people sharing the foods, so I get to try out every foods that's possible. besides the delicious foods, the spacious dinning seating, and very good crafted alcohol mixed are very suitable for business and celebration. P.S - in my opinion, the seafoods are darn good enough, maybe no need to add MSG into the cooking. thanks, Paul
