金沢拉麵 — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

This ramen noodle shop it’s almost like the replicate of you actually eating in Japan. It is located in my old neighborhood Zhongshan area. Limited seats, clean and good service, I visited the place just before the dinner time, still 70% noodle eaters are enjoying a nice bowl of ramen noodle. It is half serviced restaurant, each customer filled out your own preferences of your choice, they’ve free iced water perfect for a hot weathers. I ordered the standard clear broth with less salt no garlic. Didn’t even wait long under 10mins. The portion of the noodle and the broth was perfect for me, if you’re real hungry you can ask for extra noodle for free😋 After you finished your bowl you put all your bowl up on the counter and even have clothes to wipe the table ready for the next customer. There is no English menu, but it is easy to translate with apps. Two kinds of broth, pork, and fish, we tried both, and both were very flavourful. I had the bbq pork, which came with a boat load of pork, I ordered an extra egg to go with it, but that was not at all necessary. The meal was very filling and very good. We also tried the stewed pork rice, which was also delicious. Quick service, the only slightly negative thing for me, were the stools. The broth is good but not memorable and the service is also average. The pork bone broth tastes richer than the fish broth, but if you prefer lighter taste, order the fish broth.
