A small pizza place with a few tables hidden in a lovely quiet street next to maybe one of the most bustling places in Gongguan. The owner is probably the nicest person I've had food served by so far. You know someone cares about his restaurant and guests, when he asks you to not give him plates or help him, because it is his job. But what about the pizza? Good news on this front, it is really good too. I've tried the Hawaii and Italian sausage pizza, and both were not only really good but also surprisingly cheap. The crust is very thin and crunchy, if you're here and are starved of cheese, no worries. The pizza has plenty of it and lets you experience that stretchy goodness. The whole experience was extremely pleasant. I am certain to return in the future. We ordered for takeout as a group of four. Dining in would not have been possible since there is very limited space. Since every pizza is made fresh by hand, we were told to come back ~20min later to pick up our food.
The pizzas were good and the best my friends and I have had in Taiwan so far. However, we would have wished for the dough and especially the crust to be a bit fluffier.

Read moreA small pizza restaurant in small alley, you can find the advertising poster if you walk along the sidewalk near Gongguan, have only about 5 eat-in seats so the owner will happily provides take-out. He also speaks English. You probably should go early in the evening to get a seat. The cooking time is about 10 min per dish. As he can cook only one at a time this can go up significantly if there are many customers.
