Barbecue House — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

So I was invited to this place. Coming from USA I was thrilled to eat bbq chicken, meat etc. The service is not very fast. This place is super busy. We were a large party, so perhaps that’s the reason service was slow. However the fries came half cooked, they were not cooked to perfection. Also the waiter still didn’t know what was going on plates were missing we always have to ask for plates at least one per person. There are no napkins, and cutlery is very limited. The place is decent, got helpful staff and even their food is great. Menu is very short & simple, everything is affordable. They have indoor sitting without AC and outdoor sitting as well. Very less options for vegetarians But the non vegetarians will love the place. Only 1 disappointed was the smoke of the chicken sekela coming in and making the place smoky. Absolutely appalling customer service from the owners wife. Finger wagging in our faces. One plate had dirty water on it, one glass was covered in dust and still had the luminarc sticker on it, and the cutlery was cloudy. Not planning to return.
