At the Ramada for the past day and a half and haven’t been able to get a decent sleep. Here on my honeymoon. No complementary upgrade, no complementary meal, no complementary dry cleaning.
Had someone ring the doorbell at 2:45AM People in the other rooms start taking showers at 4:45AM. Went down to front desk at 5:00 AM after calling them twice about the 2:45 doorbell and called again at 4:45 to complain about the noise.
Staff, specifically front desk, do what they can but seems like there are strict guidelines or they just don’t care. Food and Bar staff are very good. Front desk needs improvement.
Still here for one more night before I leave, hope they see this... get me a complementary room upgrade and some peace and quite! We just got off a 24 hour flight to get here! We are just as important as your business clients!

Saw the front manager last night at the bar no mention of anything. He was not aware of our situation. I spend a good amount of money at this place. Again no upgrades but got a good night sleep last night! Spoke to him again this morning prior to checkout about the entire situation... got some dirty looks from staff as we started to leave the place.
This morning wake up to stuff missing from the dry cleaning. Checking out at 12 and it’s 8:42 AM. Good news, they came through and got our stuff to us on time after the 3rd visit to our room with laundry bags!
P.S. take an Uber everywhere much cheaper! The taxi are a ripoff and the bellboys downstairs are trying to pocket some extra cash.
When the staff knows your room number before you say it it’s because either we have a very high expectation of customer experience or because there are just to many problems with communication.
Rooms are impeccable! Cleaning staff great! Food and cocktails are very good. Need to check out the rooftop bar! Very cool! Good...
Read moreThey have different kinds of food and some taste fine. However, poor service, like the bed sheet looks old and has dirt ink on it. After house keeper cleaned my hand washing sink, there’s hair and bits on it, it’s worse than I clean myself. In the midnight, hire alarm rang for more than half an hour! After that fixed it started to alarm again another half an hour. That night’s sleep is totally ruined... Cloth washing can only be taken in the morning not during night and finished in the next morning. Even worse, if I don’t ask reception to return, nobody deliver the clothes back automatically?!? Their kitchen is on 6th floor however even the cooking oil smock runs upstairs till 10th floor! I don’t want to sleep in the “kitchen”. And if I don’t remind house keeper to clean my glasses or cups, she just ignore them! How? These two days, the house keeper put my socks into the shoes polishing place!?! That place supposed to be put shoes not socks! And if you want to clean my socks please deliver to laundry room not just put there! After a few days, hire alarm from time to time... this experience is so bad... I won’t want to come to experience...
