Had an extremely horrible experience. We had reserved a table for iftaar. When we got there our table was given away to someone else. Upon inquiry the woman in charge was very rude to us and yelled at us in front of the customers that "i cannot reserve your table if you come 2 hours late". Please note, iftaar starts at 6.45pm onwards and we reached there at 7.15pm. She humiliated us and spoke to us in the rudest tone. And then she said I can check if there's an empty table and she tried to squeeze us into a table where people were already dining, with no respect to those customers either. We politely declined and left. She was very unprofessional, disrespectful and couldn't care less about customer service. Whoever the owner is, please teach your staff how to treat customers. Pani puri Dahl was sweet but oh so good The green sauce with the samosa and khade bhaji was on point. The biriyani was ok. With a drink the whole bill was 30,000 TSH and I had plenty to bring home. This is not a high end restaurant and the venue is interesting not beautiful. But on a Friday night when most places in the area had very few dinners it was more than half full. They have in the evening and for Sunday morning. Probably go back because I really want a tanzania...
