Subs&Salads — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

If I could put zero stars I would! I ordered a sandwich and crisps. The order arrived with the wrong sauces and no crisps. When I contacted the “restaurant” the manager said that he will redo my order personally and deliver it. After 45 minutes I called back and the manager told me that he wanted me to return the sandwich first… I told them that I would return the sandwich when they deliver the correct order as I am at work and cannot leave work to sort a restaurant issue which is obvious and which is the most logical solution… after not agreeing to this proposal, I asked the restaurant to refund my order which they agreed. After few minutes the manager called back saying that they will send me my order anyways which I obviously refused. Moral of the story, this is the last time I am ordering sub&salad and I would invite the future clients to think twice before risking to get a wrong order and risking to get frustrated and have a bad...

One of the most poor service i have had.... I ordered beef sub but got raw meat also no cheese nothing that i have ordered... its a shame to a franchise like this to have these kind of reviews... I wouldnt suggest anyone to order in food from this restaurant. i would not give them even a star for this...

Poor service. I ordered twice and wrote to them that the sub needs to be hot still got a cold sub not just that I had chosen all the sauces and instead dint get my order as specifications. When I ordered a salad it was way too much cabbage. Completely disappointed -1...
