Great boutique hotel!

No 33 Lodge is the perfect example of why more and more travelers choose boutique hotels over big name chains that often disappoint. Located near the famed Coco Beach, this hotel is a perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Its environment is very quiet, day and night alike. It is a relatively small facility that opened recently and still feels new and fresh. The rooms are beautiful, very functional, and extremely clean. They offer all the comfort of a premium service. The beds are excellent (firm), the shower is strong and hot, and the linens and towels are of quality. The breakfast buffet is small but sufficient, with nice foods that rotate from day to day. The personnel are very friendly and professional at all levels. Special thanks to Lewis and Mary at the front desk, who were extremely helpful and responsive during our stay. It felt like we were a hassle to the lady in the reception, and we did not feel very welcome when we arrived. The breakfast was not good either, except for the fruit. Other than that, the location is great for Oyster Bay, the rooms are nice and clean (the cleaning staff was very nice). It's walking distance to most places in Oyster Bay...

Сначала было все хорошо, мой муж находился в этом отеле три месяца, первый месяц были завтраки хорошие, потом все испортилось, на ресепшене дама начала предлагать себя и свои услуги, когда ей отказал начала издеваться сторожить козни, отключала ключи от номера, забывали убираться в номере и все из нее, очень плохое отношение к европейцам не рекомендую отель некому даже на одну ночь, сегодня супруг с шефом выехали с отеля так она вызвала полицию не понятно для чего просто издеваешься на нервах, супруг жил с шефом снимали два раздельных номера, платили исправно были постоянными гостями этой гостинице и к ним стало такое...
