BBQ pork fried rice is good. Fried rice is cooked dry and has a little pan-burn smell like it's prepared using wok. Stir-fry Chinese spinach is fresh and light in flavour Dry wonton is served in sesame sauce with a bit of spiciness and sesame oil taste and scent Brisket with Chinese reddish is not so tender but is flavourful Shrimp siu mai comes in big pieces with actual shrimp. Pretty juicy Salted egg yolk and custard lava bun is too dilute, not much of the taste. The bun is thick and doesn't seem to be fully cooked. Sesame lava bun is delicious. The filling is thick and sesame is very rich. The bun is thick Steamed pork ribs with taro is surprising. Pork rib is not so tender but has a bouncy texture. Service that we had, there are still room for improvement. It was scan order & for some reasons.. it didn’t get into the kitchen & waited for a while.. until the owner/madam took notice of our situation. Maybe this is the odd situation.. hope that is not a regular custom.
The quality of the food, that we ordered were pretty average. Nothing too extra outstanding. To be fair to the business owner, I have not tried every dish on the menu. Maybe there are some dishes worth trying. So far, we ordered mainly the dim sum.
There are some extremely good comments about it. Maybe they got the right dish to keep them happy.

Read moreThe kitchen was busy with delivery food, I saw delivery man in and out. Meaning they didn’t pay much attention to the din-in customers. I wait for 40 min to finally have my first dish served. After finished 2 dishes, I wait for another 20 min for the rest of the food. I ordered beef tripe with abalone sauce, steam pork rib, signature shrimp cheongfen, also deep fried shrimp snack. I can tell the deep fried shrimp cake is not freshly cooked, cause it is no longer crispy. But it still required 1 h of waiting. At the end, I have to give up the pork rib cause it had never been served. The abalone sauce is amazing, the rest of the dishes are tasty. Next time I may consider order food online instead...
