Panmai Coffee — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

I came across this restaurant by chance at the plant market. I ordered pork fried rice as a simple meal, but what I got was very fast. The staff was very service-minded. I was sitting working. The staff intentionally placed a plate of rice for me quietly, not daring to disturb me. The fried rice was like purple crab rice. The taste was very delicious. It was the best fried rice I had eaten in a year. I was very surprised that I didn't come to buy plants very often, but I just found this restaurant. I recommend you to come and eat. A good place for a pit stop or after a few hours’ of shopping and walking the different soi looking and buying a great variety of plants, pots and flowers.

There are a number of sheltered tables outside, as well as a smaller number of tables inside. The outside area is misted which helps bring down the heat.

They serve a variety of food and drinks, including Thai milk tea, honey and lemon hot tea, coffees and cakes.

Panmai is a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. The lush garden they have combined with a great menu make the restaurant one that I keep taking people to that has never let us down.

A decent menu of both Thai and Western food, excellent service and a truly amazing decor make it one of my favourite place in Chiang Mai.
