Sensation Coffee Roaster’s hot cappuccino is a delight. It's creamy with just the right amount of microfoam and served at the perfect temperature. The natural light sweetness from the steamed milk complements the medium roast beautifully, balancing out any sour notes. While I find their iced americano a bit too sour for my taste, the cappuccino is a wonderful blend of flavors.

Let me update this review after I tasted their hot Mocha. I recently tried their hot Mocha, and I have to say, it didn't meet my expectations. When I order a Mocha, I expect a balanced blend of coffee with a hint of cocoa, where the coffee remains the dominant flavor. Unfortunately, the cocoa taste overpowered the coffee, leaving me feeling like I might as well have ordered hot cocoa instead. If you're a fan of a stronger coffee profile, this may not be the right choice. Also, it's worth mentioning that this café doesn’t offer dark roasted beans, which could be disappointing for those who prefer a bolder...
