I want to share my experience which shocked me a lot. This shop give customers the point card which you use after it gets full. When I ordered a cup of coffee and showed the card, a male staff member refused to give me a point saying I didn't show it when I ordered. I have the card from the beginning and I just took out from the cover of my phone after I paid but he refused.... I was so shocked the way the Thai guy said(not the fact I couldn't get a single point) I am 100 % sure that would never happen if the staff were Vietnamese or Chinese(I personally feel that Vietnamese and Chinese are more flexible and more openminded in some ways. ). Even I, a Japanese(I feel many Japanese are inflexible, and narrow-minded. ) got shocked(but this might not happen even in Japan if I go to a small shop) .
After I moved to Thailand(I moved because I like Thailand, I still like Thailand ), I sometimes encounter such unkind treatments which I am sure I would never have in Vietnam(I live Vietnam too and I traveled Vietnam a lot). But these kinds of experience really help motivate me study Vietnamese or Chinese for my future(as I start to think Vietnam is better FOR...

As you may have noticed most waiters in restaurants at this price point have a very difficult time remembering orders. This restaurant has adopted a system where the customer must write what they wish to order on paper slips provided on each table. You must then present that to the staff. I would recommend that you also write the number of your table on the slip (indicated on the cup that holds the slips) and make a mental note of it. This way the staff will have a way of connecting you with what you ordered when you go to the register to pay. 🤣
If you are not aware of or not familiar with their ordering system the staff will let you sit there forever wondering how to order. Legend has it that those two mummified farang in the corner walked in hungry over 30 years ago.
The food is reasonably (relatively) good and cheap. Food is prepared faster than expected. The air conditioning is a plus. The flies, mosquitoes and ordering system (for first time customers) is a minus.

I ordered 'Jasmine rice with Korean style pork for here and Chicken steak for to-go' Korean style pork has no identify and Check steak came out so late that i complained, (had not been served until i finished my meal), n the owner replied me with enormous irritation. To sum up, Food very plain, Service HORRIBLE N DISGUSTING. the owner guy even looked at me knowing that i was ready to order. but that silly one overjoyed his food that he totally ignored to take order from me. Its just a CHEAP restaurant. I am well aware that I need to lower my expectation.
