Service here is great. Nice attentive staff, made sure my glass wasn’t empty. Chicken wings were good but they had the dark spots from when blood is fried. I just don’t like seeing that when I’m eating fried chicken. They should brine the chicken before hand to get rid of that unpleasant sight. Also I was only served flats and not the drums which is what I prefer. The patty on the cheeseburger was on the small side and the bun to meat ratio was on the high end. Toasting the bun further would’ve made for a better burger imho as well. The thick cut fries could be crispier. I would rate the service a five and the food here a three. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my meal and would dine here again trying their other items. The outdoor seating was very eclectic. On my table there were a metal chair, a swivel chair and a lounge chair. Maybe sticking to one theme would make the outdoor seating...

So it’s a nice place to have a meal and chill with a beer. Prices are reasonable, I think. But there’s one thing that I can never understand about Thailand, the service. It is always slow and you can’t get a hold of the waiters. They’re always busy talking inside, checking their phones, doing their things. And despite the fact that they have only 2-3 customers, nothing changes. They don’t even come and ask if you need something else. This place wasn’t an exception. The atmosphere of the place was very pleasant. I ordered calamari & a Black Angus steak. My wife ordered tom yum soup, seafood salad & chocolate dessert. All her dishes were delicious and the shrimp were the largest we have ever been served in CR. I wasn't that lucky, the steak was served on a cold plate and cooled in minutes not very tender.
