Heaven Burger — Restaurant in Chiang Rai Province

So I left this place, drove back to my hotel, and what do you know, I realized I forgot my bag there. In side my bag was my passport and about 10,000 baht. My heart sank when I couldn't feel the strings of my bag on my shoulders. Of course I started thinking of the worst scenarios, which I would have no one to blame but myself for. In the back of my mind though, I knew, that the people who had just served me would hold on to my bag and all my belongings would be safe. I rushed back to the restaurant and my bag was on their counter, safe, with all my belongings intact. I tried to give the woman (I didn't even get her name) 1000 baht as a reward for her honesty, because shoot, she just saved me a ton of problems and honest people don't seem to get rewarded enough in this world, but she would not accept the money! I wasn't very surprised by this; good people don't usually need monetary compensation for doing a good deed, the simply just do good. So I figured the least I could do was right a review, and I'm not going to lie. The Burger. Was. Delicious! I consider myself to be a cheeseburger connoisseur, and this place did not disappoint. I got the Cheeseburger with bacon and mushrooms. The burger also came with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions sauteed to perfection. The cheese was gooey, the beef was well seasoned, and it came on an onion bun (onion bun is optional). The burger came with fries which were fat, crispy, potato wedges sprinkled with parmesan cheese. They were some of the best fries I've ever had! All that food and a large Chang... man was I satisfied! Actually, the ecstasy I felt after that delicious meal probably played a role in me forgetting my bag ;). I just ate here, and believe me, you don’t need to have a burger for the food to be heavenly! The avocado chicken sandwich was outstanding, one of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. And the fries were exceptional as well!

Bless them, I’d actually ordered salad with the sandwich, so when it arrived with fries, without thinking I said, “oh, I ordered salad, but it’s OK.” A few minutes later, they ALSO brought a small salad! And apologized at least four times. (The fries were delicious and really, it was OK.) They boxed up the salad and it will be my dinner.

The avocado was piled so high on my sandwich, it was falling off, and the chicken was grilled perfectly. Plus, they carry Brothers Cider (English) which was excellent too. Just a great meal with great service, you won’t go wrong here! Highly recommend.

Edit: I’m coming in again because I returned the next day for an avocado and mushroom sandwich, fries and the best mango shake I’ve had in SE Asia! (You can get it made either yogurt!) Just look at these photos! The young women running this place know what they are doing, kudos to the chef!!...

I had a strong desire for a burger a couple of days ago and I did a search for burgers near me on Google Maps. Heaven Burger is one of the places that showed up, the reviews, information, and photos looked good so I decided to try it. Wow, am I glad I did!

I had the larger size of their regular beef burger and it was really good. I added mayonnaise because that's how I like it. The burger had both sautéed and raw onions but I took off the raw ones because, again, that's how I like it. Truly a burger I would come back for.

However, the fries (chips for Brits and others), more like thin potato wedges, were, without question, the best fries I have ever eaten. I consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur of fried potatoes in all their forms and in my long life, I have never had better fries or even ones equally as good. They were very crispy on the outside without being over-done in the middle. I could eat a large plate (or maybe two or three) all by myself with a blissful smile on my face the whole time.
