The Timothy [ Eat What You Love ] — Restaurant in Chiang Rai Province

It's hard to find hot wings in Thailand that aren't covered in some kind of ketchup-based sauce. When I first stumbled across Timothy, I figured why not give their spicy wings a shot. Really glad I did. The sauce is unique. I've never had anything quite like it. But it's not wierd. It's delicious. Just a bit of heat, but a ton of flavor. I'm not great at describing it in detail, but I think it's the kind of thing everyone would like.

ทุกเซ็ทบวกสลัดและฟรายส์(แอดเพิ่มจานละ50บาท) พอมาเสิร์ฟพอชั่นอาหารใหญ่พอตัว แต่70%คือ สลัด ที่ให้น้ำสลัดประมาณ4-5ดรอป ไม่มีความพอดีกับสลัดซักนิด ปลาทั้งสองชิ้นเล็กมากกกก ปลากระพงได้ตรงส่วนหางซึ่งเล็กและบาง แซลมอนคือเล็กมากเมื่อเทียบกับราคา ไม่คุ้มเลย แจ้งพนงเรื่องน้ำสลัด พนงบอกให้สั่งเพิ่ม เลยถามปกติให้น้อยงี้หรอ ตอบใช่ครับ โดยไม่มีการปรับปรุงใดๆ ผิดหวังมากที่กินมาหลายๆทีไม่ใช่แบบนี้

Back then I always come here for dinner, today stopped by again for family dinner.

Started with the drinks together with 3glasses of ice which only bottom glass, when pouring water then ice disappeared, informed staff to get more and given more only 1glass.

I ordered 3 sets combination with salad and fries (add more 50 THB) Salmon steak 289 THB Seabass steak 189 THB Porkchop steak 189 THB overall portion was big because 70% was salad with very very small salad dressings, I asked staff to get more but he said it will be the charged order so I inform that I dont need that much because the dressing portion served was very small which improper along with salad itself and staff didnt take any actions not even offer us some more dressing and walked away. Just so you know and reminder, salad which comes with steak is NOT FREE! we paid additional for, if its free I wont mind for not giving more. Also, pieces of salmon and seabass(we got the tail part which was small and thin) were small compared to the price. This might be the last time for us as not worth the money and not listen to customer's feedback. In addition, I translated to English for foreigner to make a decision before coming here as this is kind of western food...

Came here for the first even though I’ve been living in Chiang Rai for nine years. What a shame. I should have come sooner! Everything we ordered was good. From the latte to the salad to the soup to the steak to the ice cream, EVERYTHING! I will bring my husband here next week because he loves salads. I ordered the mushroom salad today and it came with a generous pile of grilled king oyster mushrooms on top of a bed of greens and chunks of sweet dragon fruit.
