Seedling Restaurant — Restaurant in Choeng Thale

We stayed at Laguna and had breakfast at Seedlings for a relatively long time. Food: on a daily basis, the food selection is quite narrow with hot foods being always 2 types of rice, congee and oatmeal, pork & chicken sausage, then 3 hot dishes and 2 fried pieces. This means there is a very limited amount of hot food combinations. Some things to call out were food tends to be salty, one morning there was 4 carb dishes, one morning the breakfast was mash potatoes and other fried potatoes but not potato hash. Whilst there is limited types of fruit, the fruit is fresh and ripe. Otherwise, there is a range of breads, an egg station, a salad station and a mini pancake machine.

Service is generally great, with friendliness and a smile. They do also have a habit of cleaning up plates as soon as you step away from the table so if you have half eaten food, they may take that away.
