68% Pizzeria Jodd Fairs Rachada — Restaurant in Din Daeng Subdistrict

We had just finished eating at Jodd Fairs and were absolutely stuffed, but when we stumbled upon 68% Pizzeria, so we glanced at the menu. The flavors intrigued us, so we decided to share one Burrata Pizza—and we were not disappointed.

This was the best pizza I’ve ever had in Thailand and one of the best Burrata pizzas I’ve had anywhere. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the crust was fluffy and perfectly cooked, We topped it with the honey and paprika they provided, which elevated the pizza to a whole new level.

Regarding dough control, I recommend that every employee practice the technique of rolling the dough pin so that the pizza can be coated with dough to enhance the flavor.
