Been to this Swensen many times but have not eaten there, usually just take away. The staff are always friendly and helpful but not sure why it usually takes quite long to have my order. Most horrible Swensons experience ever! Don't go there! I ordered very simple 3 balls of chocolate with whip cream without any sauce. The waitress came twice to tell me to order something different. I made clear that I ordered what I wanted. They still served me something different what I didn't order.
