I was a long time customers over a decade. But this is my first time in 5 years that I was back to this Japanese buffet restaurant. During the past 5 years, I have had many good experiences with other Japanese buffet restaurants and see the great development in this field. However, this restaurant appears to be the same. Food menus were pretty much the same. Food orders disappeared and never came after waiting for 30 minutes. It seemed quality got slightly degraded. Raw fish was just just okay but very tasteless and some tray was already not chilled. Even the quality of shoyu soy sauce was bland. Coffee was extremely bad to have in an once famous restaurant in Thailand. Service dropped substantially. All in all, there are a number of finer Japanese buffet restaurants nowadays. Read moreIt’s Sunday evening, the place is 80% empty, the sushi/sashimi has been sitting outside for what looks like a lifetime, the temaki bus doesn’t have a person working there, the lids of the prepared food is constantly left up, 1 of the soups has been empty this whole time. And there is 1 poor guy cleaning. I don’t think he has any help. And it’s 700+ THB per person. There are buffets like mongkok that is 500-600 and it blows this place out of the water. I appreciate the service people though. But this place is dead.
