Bar B Q Plaza สาขา เซ็นทรัล พระราม 9 — Restaurant in Huai Khwang Subdistrict

I recently visited Bar-B-Q Plaza 🥓 🍖 in Central Rama 9 and was impressed by their service 😀.

The restaurant has a spacious, good atmosphere with their iconic hot plates for bbq. The menu has a great selection of meats, and I particularly enjoyed the 👍“Promotion Bundle for 799” 👍– comes with 1 larger set of meat, 3 smaller sets of meats/sides, 2 rice bowls, 2 drinks (refill), and 2 bowls of ice creams.

The service at Bar-B-Q was great – and the robot server is particularly cute. Although it was a busy evening, the servers were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated that the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

All meats were good quality. As we ate almost finished, one staff asked us for a member card but we came first time and we absolutely not have it. She told us because we’ve not been a member, the price of our beef set isn’t $669 but $919THB. That’s really surprising me! Why didn’t they say so in the beginning when we ordered that meal? Longest queue amongst all the restaurants at this mall, had to wait for at least 45mins during peak dinner time.

Do take note that none of the staff understand basic English. Struggled to communicate with them as they tried telling us to sign up for the membership via LINE to enjoy the BBQ buffet.
