I am borned Turkish, who lives in Germany
I have tried Beef Wrap
By comparision of Doner,Gyro(Greek),Shawarma(Lebanese/Syrian) and Drehspiess...
This is absolute the worst as taste
Good things... Establishment (clean) and workers (extremely helpful / smiling)
It is extremely bad to call above mentioned names for the served food.
Beef Shawarma : 70-80 gr in Wrap,. Probably not marinated meat, very dry. No taste... It might good to eat after heavy drinking but as meal, it is a waste of money.. Sorry.. and please don't think as above mentioned names,if you are eating that as meal, because those names have their uniqueness as meat quality/volume/salad/sauces etc... ( not all in once)
I have also seen preparation of Adana.... Adana should be be around 160 gr pre-cook, then 120 gr as it is... It is not regular ground Beef(hand sliced) etc.... but these are about 90-100 gr pre-cook... Like store bought Kofte/Kebap etc.. Employee was portioning them in a plastic bag as one piece. I haven't tasted, but I wouldn't recommend..
Thanks
PS: If the owner is one of mentioned countries, please put little bit effort for the taste .. Yes you are making money, but what you served is really not good. Thanks to you for Employee selection, they are extremely respectful and helpful. Wish you a good...

Went in, asked for a shawarma, pulled out 1,000 baht right away. The lady was in gloves. She took money and then immediately proceeded to make a shawarma.
I was taken aback. She just held money with these hands and now she was going to touch food? Lol. I asked her to change gloves. Apparently, that was too difficult to just wash hands and change the gloves, so she just put another pair on with dirty hands. She thought it was enough. I thought “whatever”.
I came home with that shawarma, looked at it, and decided that I’m not ready to risk stomach pain for 130 baht. I threw it in the trash.
Note to the owner: sir, you may want to instruct your staff on very simple hygiene rules. The funnies part was that she actually washed hands AFTER cooking shawarma. It’s kinda irrational,...
Read moreThe Kebab house is a great new addition to Kamala scene. And i truly admire anyone who is opening something new in the middle of the pandemic, also random fact 'Fatty Kebab' is the nickname of a very good friend.
Now what you need to know about the restaurant - its airconditioned. Easy to get to and park as its on Kamala's main road.
They offer both chicken and the classic Shawarma offering of a special mixed lamb and beef (which is just amazing - have had several times now). They also offer burgers and hotdogs. The staff is of course wearing face masks. A clean and well thought out little restaurant.
After must testing, wholehearted i...
