TERRA Thonglor 10 — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Nuea Subdistrict

I have a major gripe with regards to service rendered at terra thonglor 10 on November 23rd 8pm. Staff was rude and unprofessional from the get go. I had a table booked and with basic hospitality standards at least show me to my table rather than making me and my partner stand around while badgering us to purchase your most expensive bottles and towers..

Show me a decent amount of hospitality and buying ten of your most expensive bottles won’t even hurt me.

I choose not to entertain this nonsensical behaviour while standing around and having your shove your menu phones in my face. I straight up asked “is there a minimum spend?” The server immediately said “sorry your choice” and was shown a table farther from the stage.

After being seated I just order a jug and a bunch of food. When asked if I wanted ice I said sure. And they proceed to bring a big bucket of ice which is 1/3 the size of the table. When asked if I can reduce to a smaller cup of ice as I have many orders of food coming , the waitress made a big fuss and complained in my face.

The lacklustre band at 8pm didn’t help the situation. Singer was off of pitch half the time and sounded like he wanted to fall asleep on stage and the lead guitarist was just butchering every song. As a professional concert musician myself playing for Chinese pop artists, this was unbearable.

Ended the night at 9pm. And upon being handed my black metal card my rude waitress had a 360 turn in attitude. I don’t need this nonsense

I couldn't quite understand why it's always packed, I have to admit that the lively atmosphere makes it incredibly enjoyable. However, the bar's layout is incredibly cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

On the plus side, the staff are experienced and efficient, the orders are swiftly and accurately taken. However, it can be challenging to get their attention due to the crowded nature of the place.

The layout of the bar is a bit strange, with only one section offering a clear view of the stage. Additionally, there aren't enough TVs for the size of the venue, although they do show live football matches when available.

Basically to get inside i got tested for covid, the guy was really nice, no problem. Once inside i tried to order a drink, literally the two girls working as cashier never looked at me, ignoring me completely. I managed to order a drink by physically going kinda back on the counter, so a guy took the order. The people at the counter where standing there, not ordering or anything, they didn’t let me pass though. Ordering a 350 bath cocktail took about 15 minutes, was really light also. At some point the guard start to flash the light at our group, we where just 2 guys and 2 girls drinking and trying to enjoy the place.
