Too bad the beautiful oceans were not next to this however it didn’t matter! 🥰🥰🎤 Great time was had by all and we actually shut the restaurant down they were so polite because we still were drinking our second bottle of wine trying to finish it and we got put it in plastic cups cause they wanted to leave and they were allowed us to sit outside and just have a good conversation and finishing our wine 🍷!!

If you’re searching for a Greek-Georgian dining experience that truly stands out, AVRA is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you step in, the warm ambiance and authentic flavors transport you straight to the heart of both cultures.
🥟 Khinkali Lamb – The star of the show! 🌟 This is, without a doubt, the best khinkali I’ve had, even better than in Georgia itself. The delicate dough wraps around perfectly spiced, juicy lamb, creating an explosion of flavor with every bite.
🐟 Tarama – Simply divine! Creamy, smooth, and packed with umami, this is a must-order for lovers of classic Greek meze.
🧀 Chachipuri – A heavenly fusion of rich, melty cheese and perfectly baked dough. Pure comfort food!
🥬 Spanakopitaki – The crispy, flaky pastry filled with spinach and feta is just as good as you’d expect from a top-tier Greek kitchen.
🥩 Amazing Meat – Whether grilled or slow-cooked, the quality of the meat here is outstanding, tender, and flavorful.
🍷 King Mariuli Wine – Finally, a place that serves this rare Georgian gem! A true delight for wine lovers.
🍪 Dreamy Oreshki – The perfect ending! These walnut-shaped cookies filled with caramelized condensed milk are the definition of sweet nostalgia.
💙 Incredible Hospitality – What truly sets AVRA apart is the amazing, friendly owners who make you feel like a guest in their own home. The service team is exceptional, always welcoming, attentive, and ensuring that every visit is a special experience.
AVRA is a hidden gem that brings the best of Greece and Georgia together on one plate. Every dish is crafted with love, tradition, and a touch of magic. If you appreciate authentic flavors, high-quality ingredients, and heartfelt hospitality, this place is a...
Read moreI rather give you guys 4/5 due to that one particular waitress (with massive makeup and on Sat evening shift). Before I get into the detail, I have you know that the food is top-notch. Kudos to the chefs and whoever came up with the idea of having georgian and uzbek food along with greek food. Love it. Anyway, back to the issue. We ordered the dumpling soup and because of our "calorie counting," we decided to ask for a small bowl to share the soup between us two. The waitress came along and told us in Thai that " this soup is supposed to be appreciated without sharing like how they roll in the west!" Then she went to get me a spoon eventhough i already had one on the table. I started to talk to her in Thai (to maximize understanding) and then she replied back in English, which is typical. We had no idea what it is with that unnecessary stubbornness to get us the bowl (are bowls some kind of sacred artifact to you people? I like the ceiling decor though). Since I did not feel like escalating the problem, i stood up, walked to the bar and asked for the same thing. The bowl got delivered by another waitress within 1 minute (by the way, that other waitress was awesome! She has decent knowledge of all the dishes listed on the menu. She deserves a raise or at least a compliment). So yes, the fact that the others were willing to give us the bowl without any question and the strong need to educate some dumb customers, pretty much says the whole mannerism thing was all in the first waitress's head. Do us a favor, give her a raise and a compliment as well so she can continue to ridicule the next dumb Thai customers of yours.
Ps. Too much writing on the drama, less on the food and the vibe. I leave that to the next...
