As many of you know, I always review every place I visit—honestly, in detail, and without holding back. I rate each experience on a scale from 1 (worst, stay away) to 10 (best ever, must visit). Here’s my experience at this restaurant:
Staff & Service:– (4/10) Although the service was fast and the staff responded quickly, I noticed a lack of energy and enthusiasm. Some seemed tired or bored, though a few could communicate in English quite well. What really lowered my score was the cleaning routine: while customers were still dining, staff began mopping and sweeping the floor. This not only spread dust near the food but also created a feeling of being rushed out. I’ve seen this in several restaurants, but here it stood out as disrespectful to guests. Cleaning should ideally begin only after closing, once customers have finished. I completely understand staff are tired and eager to go home, but guests come to enjoy their meal without feeling pressured to leave.
Food Quality & Taste:– (9.5/10) This was the highlight of my visit. Imported beef was fresh and tender, seafood flavorful, and vegetables crisp and clean. Every bite felt high-quality and satisfying.
Comfort & Atmosphere:– (7/10) Seating was comfortable enough, but the tables were placed a bit too close together, which reduced the sense of privacy and overall enjoyment.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:– (9.5/10) The restaurant looked very clean, and I didn’t notice anything that raised concern. A well-kept place overall.
Price & Value:– (7/10) The price is on the higher side. While the food quality helps justify it, I believe slightly lower pricing would better match the variety offered.
Location & Access:– (9.5/10) Located on the 9th floor of EmQuartier Mall, the spot is easy to reach and quite convenient.
Recommendation – (9/10) Yes, I would recommend visiting. Just make sure you arrive hungry enough to fully enjoy the open buffet—it’s worth it!
✨ Have a great time, enjoy every bite, and remember: stay happy & always smile 😊

You & I Suki Buffet truly sets the bar high when it comes to hot pot dining in Thailand. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding — staff were attentive, polite, and quick to assist with everything from drink refills to grill changes.
What really stood out to me was the incredible quality of ingredients. The beef cuts were top-grade (especially the Wagyu if you go for the premium option), and seafood was fresh and sweet. The selection of broths is also impressive — from classic clear soups to rich tom yum and even truffle-infused options!
The sauce bar is another highlight — endless combinations with garlic, chili, lime, and more. Don’t skip the soft-serve ice cream and desserts either — they’re the perfect sweet ending to a very filling meal.
The atmosphere is clean, modern, and spacious — great for both casual gatherings and special occasions. Prices are reasonable for what you get, especially considering the variety and quality.
Definitely one of the best suki and shabu experiences in Bangkok. I’ll be coming...
Read moreI've been wanting to try this place the last time I saw it at Future Park. When I went to buy Butter Bear for my brother at EmSphere, I noticed a branch nearby and decided to give it a try.
The location isn't very easy to find - it's on the 9th floor of EmQuartier (note some elevators don't go up to the 9th floor), so you'll need to look carefully.
The ambiance and service were quite good, with decent business - about 5-6 tables occupied when we visited.
We opted for the 698-baht buffet tier (the 498 option doesn't include grill), choosing one shabu hotpot and one grill (though most customers seemed to go for just shabu, which might offer better value). Ordered via QR code - we mainly selected beef, shrimp, and salmon. Overall the food was good, with the grilled items being noticeably more delicious. Glad we chose this tier, though the price-to-quality ratio for BBQ at this price point is slightly...
