First, contacted them through Line for a fat freezing treatment, they gave me an appointment at their Silom branch the same day, except the fact that Silom branch doesn't have the machine for that specific treatment I asked. They also explained the treatment won't cost 8900 bht as advertised, but twice that much. They called all the other branches from there and found me a spot at EmQuartier branch. I get there and look for it, but Google Maps and their own website says it is located in Paragon mall, not EmQuartier. I spend a good amount of time trying to find it there, until they call to ask why I haven't arrived, and finally explain that they are in fact in EmQuartier. Once arrived at last, they proceed to explain that the treatment won't cost two times 8900bht, as indicated by their Silom staff, but four times instead! And instead of being reasonable or proposing any commercial gesture for all those mishaps and inconveniences, they make me feel like being too cheap of a person for not paying what they ask without resistance, like it's nothing, when in fact not themselves nor 1% of Thai population could ever afford it! Westerners be aware. I went for laser hair removal (lip) they were quick to welcome me and do procedure. Then they spent an hour trying to sell me Botox, other facial services etc. Thank you but no thanks. I went back a week later as wanted more laser. Was told it would not work for me as I don’t have dark hair. I asked why wasn’t I told this the first time. They were all apologetic. They did the first service simply to try upsell me for more.
