When I was going to have guests on Saturday, I called you on Friday to find out if you had beef tenderloin (MB1). I also asked for pepper sauce which was not on the menu, but which you still have in the restaurant. She wanted to find out. OK, I would send an email with the desired items.

My email remained unanswered, like all the other times, by the way something I often experience in Thailand. I chose Saturday morning to place the order, though without that pepper sauce. An email came as confirmation, but nothing more happened. I contacted you by phone to find out where my paid items went. You had a problem with the internet. Only after 4 phone calls do I succeed in getting you to send the goods, but only because the person who dispatched me used her private LINE connection, and that way I could send a copy of the receipt and it ordered. Thanks for the help.

Bangkok Bob runs an online store, and it is your responsibility to have an emergency plan so you can dispatch customers - ALSO when you are without the Internet. That is NOT my responsibility!!

The goods arrived - again late, as Lalamove just thought he should do kept half an hour close to your store. Again, I had to call and ask you to contact the bidder.

The meat was REALLY AMAZING. We ordered medium wagyu tenderloin, and it was as if it melted in my mouth! The meat was served with grilled garlic that was soft enough to mash.

Highly recommend these two starters: the smoked salmon salad was really good, as well as the cheese and cold cuts. There are 5 cheeses. I’m glad there’s no blue cheese lol.

The staff were really nice, patiently explaining the menu and waiting to take our orders.

It seemed the staff quietly observed and served the main dish (the meat) right after seeing that we were almost done with the starters. Very impressive!

We were lucky to get “the lucky number 10”, which is a special promotion for a discount on dishes under a certain price (can’t remember the exact amount). Yay!
