Beer Belly — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Nuea Subdistrict

Came on a Thursday night and the place was empty, and the staff did not show any interest in service at all. I stood around looking for someone but no one came to greet me or anything. Finally was able to flag someone down and she told me to sit anywhere I want. I sat down...and expected that to mean the staff would bring a menu over for me to order.... Nope,I had to flag the same staff down to ask for a menu. The only customers were sat at the front by the stage, get all the service staff hung out by the bar (for what?). Everytime someone tried to get service they had to flag down a staff and wait for them to walk leisurely over from the bar and cashier over, rather than being stationed near where there are actually guests to respond and take orders quickly. We wanted to eat at a near by restaurant but it was closed. This was open which is good but no alcohol. So spent 120baht for water. Ordered the pasta, portion was small and only tasted like pepper and processed bacon. Also some not so good french fries with fake cheese sauce. The pork and rice was okay. But the staff were just standing around and when we sat down our phones on the table I felt it was dirty so started to wipe it with my hand and a tissue. It was black, see photo! not clean, and staff could be doing something like wipe the tables. I'm eating a 900baht meal on, for 2 people and I have to tell the staff to clean the table. Do not go here at all it was very very expensive id say 2X maybe more than the same drink in the UK. They also come after bringing the drink with ice if you say yes you will be charged 100 baht for each drinks worth of ice they bring its a complete and utter scam “they also dont tell you that”. They pester you for more drinks even if you have plenty still. A complete joke of a place they also don’t accept cash and i saw no signs saying so and they couldn’t even show me it either. Rude staff , very expensive drinks , mosquitoes everywhere, pushy staff , no cash option, average facilities and music. Worst place iv seen in Thailand by far...
