On December 8, 2023, I dined at your establishment and regret to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your staff. While I refrain from passing judgment on the food quality, my candid evaluation stems from a markedly subpar overall service experience. The team exhibited a deficiency in customer care training, exemplified by a billing error compounded by a misplaced onus on the customer, necessitating a return to the establishment for resolution. Furthermore, the need to self-serve drinking water and fetch cutlery due to unresponsive staff compounded the discomfort. Though reluctant to assign this rating, the inclusion of a 10% service charge warrants a reasonable assessment of the experience.

Waitress said that the boss has dined before us so there is a lot more responsibility for the head , — ordering wine with 10-20 min and wrong order for wine , serving champagne glass instead of wine...

Awesome experience from the waitress to the manager/owner (not sure) we’ve ordered 1 Pasta Carbonara, tasty one with a hint of smoky bacon, surprisingly turn out to be the first dish to finished! Then we had grilled pork with Demi sauce, if remember correctly this is one of their signature, once again, pork cooked well and tender, dripped with abit of sauce, good one👍 … then Crab Croquettes, they use more crab than potatoes, so this one is yet tasty but Less the Pasta and Steak. The manager generously gave us the pudding with coffee jelly, I love the smell and taste of this one too ! They got so many menu on the list havnt got a chance to try them all but yeah as a first time randomly walk into the restaurant, this one is to put on the comeback list! More details from the photos

This is just an ok place to eat. The food wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible. The disappointing aspect is that the food you get does not look like the menu pictures or the displays in the front. I got the chicken curry with rice and it looked nothing like the photos and didn’t come with much chicken. But the curry was good. Japanese restaurants are usually know for having food served look like what is on the menu or front display.

The brownie Sunday looked nothing like the photo and came with an old hard brownie that looked like it came out of a vending machine.

This would all be acceptable if the price wasn’t so high. The food served does not justify...
