Here again for some goodies after 2 months!
Love those cold-pressed elixirs! Colourful, tasteful, beautiful, and desire-full. This month of June I'm planning to teach a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation workshop @Earth House on a topic dear to my heart: Prayer. 'Prayer is not a religious matter. It's a reality'.
The language of Prayer is full of love - like that of those cold-pressed juices. You take some foods from nature, and you extract their life out into bottles and we drink those elixirs like mother's milk ... (my favourite the Unicorn Milk!)
This month we also get an important date to celebrate: 21June International Day of Yoga, on Summer Solstice, Sat, Jun 21, 2025, 9:42 AM, when the day is the longest and the night the shortest.
21June, Summer Solstice : Annual Global Yoga Day Celebration
2025 Theme: YOGA for One Earth One Health
Please help make people aware of this day - Thank you
Celebrate these two events with full of life juices, such as Lean Green, Conscious Love, Symphony, ....
April is here! Hot hot hot! But also Easter time in other parts of the world - France, for example, where Jerusalem Artichoke is a popular tuberous root.
And Veggiology made it into a delicious cold-pressed drink. It's my first time ever to have tasted Jerusalem Artichoke - which is neither from Jerusalem, nor artichoke! How on earth is this root, which looks very much like a 'yam', local 'potato' to me, is called an 'artichoke'?
Anyway, very yummy, fresh, nutty, and very nutritious too. Ask teacher Google!
Today we cleaned the 'drink-fridge', ready to receive a new order of Veggiology cold-pressed juices:
Our faves: #2 the Green Galaxy, heavy metal detoxifying - a classic must for us 2x/month, with 5 fruits & veggies, all organic: kale, spinach, cilantro, cucumber, lime ginger, pineapple, and romaine. #5, the Neon Neuron, good for nervous system #8, the Happy Cells, good for eyesight #15, the Antidote for healthy bone and brain; and my most favourite of all juices #17, the Unicorn Milk - the mother's milk that I missed as baby....
Of course loved the place! And their products, too. Beautiful vivid colours that reflect the elements of life they contain. We love their cold-pressed juices and the philosophy behind - can't wait to open the bottles and enjoy the Life Force therein.
Some of them have inspired me to create some workshop's contents for my Kundalini Yoga sessions @Earth House in soi 53 Sukhumvit Topics taught: Conscious Love, Roots Matter (Chakra system) (and my favourite one, hopefully soon after the New Year: Unicorn Milk ~ Mother the first Teacher,
@Yellow Lane, in soi Rajchakhru, Ari Humble Warrior ~ Father the second Teacher
Loved the place. Very relaxing in a green quiet lane Sukhumvit 41, so unlike the rest out there. People are friendly. Loved the refine tea service. Exquisite taste. Lots of details that express how much the owners care for quality of life.

Read moreAbsolutely fantastic juice shop and restaurant on Sukhumvit 41 not far from the hospital. I’ve tried a handful of juice shops in Bangkok, but Veggiology is—by leaps and bounds—the best one. They use really top-tier ingredients and have a massive selection of mixtures for you to try.
My personal favorite juice is #21, “Starry Bright.” It has tomato, beetroot, green apple, passion fruit, pomegranate, and flaxseed oil. To me, this is the perfect mixture. It’s tart, mildly sweet, and is packed with vitamins and minerals. The kale and turmeric shots are both great as well (but be prepared for a very intense—but short-lived—flavor bomb).
Besides juices, the store offers an array of smoothie bowls and main dishes. I love the CoCo bowl and the organic chicken mozzarella salad. The actually make the mozzarella in-house, so it’s basically as fresh as you can get. The CoCo bowl is the perfectly healthy dessert, while the organic chicken mozzarella salad is delicate, delicious, and filling.
There’s even more to this space—including a workplace on the second floor and bins filled with various grains and seeds for purchase—but the final highlight is the staff. Everyone is kind, thoughtful, and down-to-earth. I can’t recommend Veggiology enough to any juice lover, or really anyone looking for a high-quality, memorable meal in a fun and...
Read moreThe best cold pressed organic juice I’ve had throughout all the places I’ve been in Asia! Definitely on the level of the United States as far as quality, flavor, and a truly, exceptional, cold pressed juice! You could tell that these juices are made with care and well thought in ensuring that your body gets proper nutrition. They also have some great nut milks, and really delicious vegan dessert. They have a couple vegan meals which I definitely appreciated, but would love to see more of, so that the plant-based community has a little bit more options. I must say it goes hand-in-hand when you think of cold pressed juice to think of plant-based food, because we are searching for the ultimate in nutrition. However, the items I did have as I mentioned, they were definitely delicious. So when traveling to Bangkok if you’re looking for a place to get delicious cold, pressed juice, or even if you live here, you’re blessed with an amazing place with VEGGIOLIGY.. and on a final note as a disclaimer, or even to give more credit, I am actually even in the cold, pressed juice, not milk and smoothie business, so I know quality...
