I ordered by phone to grab a meal in my car so no beautiful photo to share. In a regular price I could feel details on every bite which makes so much different to other Japanese restaurants. I chose grilled egg roll and a rice bowl topped with salmon and tuna. The egg roll was sauced with the dressing I don’t find anywhere. It’s rolled neatly not just heating a whole lump you’ll feel the texture of it. Rice was mild, given a little sweet taste from venegar, with amount of seaweed and omelette, fully covered with quality tuna and salmon, are combination giving sense of distinctly well-prepared of common kitchen ingredients. Somehow since the rice was tasting soft, Shoyu sauce perfectly seasoned the dish to enjoy the fish more and more.

Also, the hot green tea came in an inconsiderate cup that burned...

We ordered a sashimi bowl which had prawns, however they apparently ran out of prawns so replaced them with salmon without telling us first.
they ran out of prawns, hamachi, 2 salads, snowfish and some other things. I feel like they may as well change their menu 😂.
menu was dirty and pieced together with tape, some soy sauce I had to clean up on the chair. Hygiene of the place is questionable.
