We had a disappointing experience here despite arriving early in the morning.

As tourists, the 6 of us were really looking forward to visiting this café, but the experience was far from what we expected. Upon entering, the staff completely ignored us. When we asked if we needed to register for seating, we were told to leave our number, which we did. However, no one ever got back to us. Instead, we were told to check with staff outside, but when we went outside, there was no one there. Returning to the store to clarify, we were ignored again. After pointing out that there was no staff outside, they curtly told us, “You can just sit anywhere inside,” which left us confused as their instructions seemed inconsistent.

Following their direction, we proceeded to find a seat, only to be abruptly shouted at and told, “Excuse me, reserved only.” To make matters worse, they made us walk around outside like idiots, fully knowing there were no seats or staff there, and they didn’t even bother stopping us or correcting the situation. Their attitude and lack of clarity were both frustrating and puzzling.

Still, we decided to give the place another chance and asked what we should do next. Instead of helping, the staff rushed past us and rudely said, “Wait 10 minutes,” without any acknowledgment or further explanation.

It was clear we were unwelcome, and the experience felt dismissive, possibly due to a language barrier. As tourists, we were left deeply disappointed. Service staff are the frontline of any café, and proper training is essential to ensure clear communication, consistency, and a welcoming attitude toward all customers. Without these fundamentals, it’s difficult to create a positive dining experience.

Tried out this super viral place on a saturday afternoon. The waiting time is about 1 hour which the host will call once the table is ready. The façade and interior of the place are really pretty and welcoming. Many people are making use of the place to take photos and it gets more crowded afterwards. For this visit, i opted to get desserts & drinks only. Got the OMG Pie which is an oatmeal-based pie with vanilla creme brulee & burnt caramel tuille. The pie base/crust was a bit soggy & it doesn’t match with the overall combination. As for the vanilla creme brulee filling, it was way too sweet and still runny. Was hoping for the filling to be more set and has the same consistency of a regular creme brulee. The tuille was ok but a bit too thick. Also got Let’s Bake which is a plated desserts consists of white chocolate panna cotta, strawberry compote, vanilla cheesecake, fresh mango & strawberry. Had high expectations for this one. But the panna cotta is lacking its smooth silky, slightly gelatinous consistency. It was more dense mousse like. And the strawberry compote was just like jam. As for the cheesecake, it’s a bit bland. And the strawberries was not ripe. Also when the dessert was served we were asked to download an app to watch a video, which basically just on assembling the dish itself. As for drinks got 3 different sodas, Berries Fizz, Honey Lavender Fizz, & Peach Fizz. Unfortunately all are a miss. It’s either too bland, too sour or too sweet. All of these costs around 1,200THB. Wowww!!! 🤩🥳 Amazing scenery and tasty desserts 🧁 No wonder why it’s so crowded all the time. I wen at 11:30 on Wednesday 28th, December 2022. Waited 5-6 queues. Around an hour or so. The place is very photogenic and natural. Taking photos with the bees too 🐝

Staff : nicely handled. Polite. But looks irritated cos it’s crowded all the time. I don’t mind. Food : Saint Honoré(seasonal menu) I loveee this dessert 🧁 It’s a raspberry-jam-filling tart with whipped cream and honey-coated croquembouches on top ✨ very sweet. Just how I like it. Sweet-tooth out there— come this way. I’ve never seen french dessert like this before in Thailand. So I’m very glad to have tasted this. Hen Chicken & truffle sauce— I think main dish here is not that tasty. It’s moderately delicious. But a little bit pricey. I would order desserts over main dishes here. Location : It’s easy to come. Very close to Icon Siam shopping mall. However, it takes a 10-minute walking to café. There are other shops in the community as well— salon, spa, clothing stores, bars, even crêpe shop. Time : arrived at 11:30. Got a table at 12:05. First order served at 12:48. Dessert came at 13:29.
