Of all the watch dealers I have visited around the world, this was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff were extremely rude and openly racist. Anyone who could speak Thai was allowed inside without hesitation or questioning. However, the same was not the case for foreigners. Initially, I was told that I would need to make an appointment to enter, which I did. When I returned in an hour for my appointment, I was told in a snobbish tone that I would need to wait for another hour. In the mean time, countless Thai people entered and exited the store unrestricted. Feeling a bit disappointed, I walked over to the Cartier store nearby and mentioned my negative experience about PMT The Hour Glass. The Cartier employee told me that he has heard many negative things about PMT from other foreign tourists. The treatment I received at PMT was unacceptable and I have filed an official complaint with Rolex and am in the process of filing separate complaints to Ulysse Nardin, Tudor, Girard Perregaux, and Hublot (other brands sold...
