Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially for travelers who want to stay close to ICONSIAM and within walking distance of BTS stations. But still you got wet if rain. The location is a major plus, with local food stalls, several 7-Elevens, and a large hypermarket nearby. It’s also fairly easy to grab a taxi or use the BTS to get around the city, which helps avoid Bangkok’s often heavy traffic.
The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable enough for a short or budget-friendly stay. It had basic amenities like a full-size fridge, additional seating, and decent air conditioning. Housekeeping was generally reliable, with daily water refills and sheet replacements. However, I did notice some missed spots on the floor, like long hair left behind, which could be improved.
The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The shower worked well, though water pressure was a bit low. Amenities like hair dryers weren’t provided in-room but were available upon request at the front desk. It would be great if they included items like disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste in the room.
Wi-Fi worked okay during my stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One receptionist gave great recommendations about what to do in the area, even with limited English, which I appreciated. Most of the time, the staff were polite, though occasionally seemed disengaged behind the front desk.
My room was quiet and I had no issues with noise, which made for a relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk to ICONSIAM and the BTS, making it easy to access key attractions and dining options. There’s also a ferry nearby to Wat Arun, which is very convenient.
That said, the property is starting to show signs of wear. The room I stayed in had visible scratches on the walls and looked like it could use a fresh coat of paint. Also, there was no in-house food service or breakfast offered, which would be a nice addition.
Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers who value location and comfort over luxury. It’s not perfect, but for the price and convenience, I’d consider...
Read moreI don't want to remember what happened in this hotel. but I need to write something for next customers. I usually open my Luggage when I go out, but when I come back to hotel, It was closed. and I realized that my Luggage is broken. so I went down the reception and complained about it. and here's receptionist's answer Are you sure that your Luggage is broken in our hotel? How can you sure? My hotel cleaner said she didn't do that. (after I said that I want to watch the CCTV) Yes, you can watch this video. but It would be hard to notice that your Luggage is broken or not. cause Quality of video is not really good. after she answered she didn't even try it. (after I said that I want to meet your manager) She said that Manager's not here. (after I said that I want to see the manual about broken or stolen stuff of the customer) She said They don't have the manual about it.
I really surprised that they have no manuals about customer. I eventually give up to talk with them. I don't want to blame the hotel maid. but I'm totally upset They have nothing about any accident or some bad thing. If you are sure that nothing will happen during your travel, this hotel is best choice! book...
Read moreAim House isn't called aim hotel because it truly feels like a home away from home. Our stay here far exceeded our expectations despite its affordable price. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the rooftop deck is one that you cannot miss out on. Everyday we would be serviced with complimentary water in our rooms and our sheets replaced. The hotel was just within reach of tourist spots that we wanted to visit but located in a peaceful neighbourhood just walking distant away from Iconsiam and 711. Our only complaint was that upon check-in we were only given 1 house key for the three of us which made it hard for us to do our own thing and the lighting of the room was quite dimmed but that could just be a matter of personal preference. Overall, we felt nothing but warmth and comfort at Aim House and wouldn't have stayed anywhere else. We will definitely be returning here on our next visit...
