Nestled away in a quiet little alley, this small Italian eatery is an absolute gem that beckons you inside with its inviting ambiance. It feels like discovering a secret culinary hideaway. What truly sets this place apart is its commitment to authentic Italian flavors. With an Italian chef at the helm and the promise of ingredients flown directly from Italy – high-quality ones at that, including some rather unique finds – you know you're in for a genuine Italian experience.(The staff told us) The menu offers a curated selection of starters and main courses. Interestingly, the salad and dessert options are limited to just one each, which speaks to their focus on the core Italian dishes (mostly contains beef). Be prepared for generous portions; the mains are definitely substantial enough to share between two. For those who enjoy a good drink, they boast a decent selection of Italian beers, priced at 200 baht and up, along with a couple of wine choices. It's worth noting that the only water available is mineral water. The service provided by the staff is commendable. She is particularly lovely, very friendly, and offered helpful insights into the menu. You might need to speak up a little as she uses a hearing aid, but her warm demeanor more than makes up for it. From the moment you step inside, the tantalizing aroma wafting from the kitchen is incredible, instantly making your mouth water. Personally, the papardelle fungi was a standout – absolutely delicious! We also tried the casoncelli, which had a good flavor profile. However, the texture was a bit firm and dry for my personal preference, though this could very well be the traditional style of the dish, which perhaps I didn't fully appreciate. A surprising highlight for me was the pancetta. Its flavor was so delightful that I jokingly wished they offered it as a separate dish to enjoy as a snack with the beer! Overall, this little Italian restaurant offers a truly authentic taste of Italy in a charming and intimate setting. It's a place where you can savor quality ingredients and genuine...
Read moreThis is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a Google review. (That’s how special this place is) Hidden in a quiet place, it carries the warmth of a family home. The woman who welcomed us treated us like old friends, explaining every dish with genuine care. The man behind the counter, possibly the chef or owner, radiates quiet passion. Every ingredient, every detail, is top quality. The music? Perfectly curated rock classics that wrap the whole place in soul. It’s rare to find somewhere this honest, this human. Everyone should come here before it grows and I truly hope it does because it deserves to. I only wish it were in a more central location so more people could stumble upon it. I actually found this place randomly on Google, and it turned out to be the best surprise of...
Read moreI’ve The most unexpected experience at this restaurant. This place just gave you that authentic feels like home cooking. The cold cut is high quality like when we‘ve it in northern italy, this is the best cold cut we ever had in Bangkok. The pasta is a perfect Al dente, like when my mam cook for me the italy. The lady owner took indeed great care of us. The chef cooked his food with truly craftsmanship (and you know that taste when a person cooks for you with 🤌🏻) . We are really impressed by food, ambient and everything. They‘re so genuine and delivered amazing food. Unfortunately, the day we went there‘s no Montenegro and Tiramisu, so we‘ll come back...
