It's worth noting that the only water available is mineral water. The service provided by the staff is commendable. She is particularly lovely, very friendly, and offered helpful insights into the menu. You might need to speak up a little as she uses a hearing aid, but her warm demeanor more than makes up for it. From the moment you step inside, the tantalizing aroma wafting from the kitchen is incredible, instantly making your mouth water. Personally, the papardelle fungi was a standout – absolutely delicious! We also tried the casoncelli, which had a good flavor profile. However, the texture was a bit firm and dry for my personal preference, though this could very well be the traditional style of the dish, which perhaps I didn't fully appreciate. The woman who welcomed us treated us like old friends, explaining every dish with genuine care. The man behind the counter, possibly the chef or owner, radiates quiet passion. Every ingredient, every detail, is top quality. The music? Perfectly curated rock classics that wrap the whole place in soul. It’s rare to find somewhere this honest, this human. I’ve The most unexpected experience at this restaurant. This place just gave you that authentic feels like home cooking. The cold cut is high quality like when we‘ve it in northern italy, this is the best cold cut we ever had in Bangkok. The pasta is a perfect Al dente, like when my mam cook for me the italy.
