BaiTong Restaurant Krabi — Restaurant in Krabi Province

What a nice finding!. If we try and search, through google, restaurants, places, touring, and in general advice, tips and opinions, it is also fair that I contribute to all my fellow friends in google with my reviews. I think BAITONG is a rare finding in Krabi. Typically all restaurants, exotic and with views are close to the sea or on the beach however the case of Baitong is unusual. Hidden in the road and in between massage parlours and indian restaurants is this tiny space. They have a very clean restaurant with air conditioning and also some open air. The menu is mainly composed of thai dishes but still you can order some pasta, pizza and bread. All dishes we ordered were delicious. Presentation is amazing and service is stunning

The (very pregnant) wife and I took a chance on this restaurant which was right opposite our villa. And boy, are we glad we did. The Thai food was sublime, among the best we've had.

The pad Thai was perfect, right blend of spices and taste with generous helpings of prawn. The salt and pepper squid was delicious, the ideal companion to a local beer. Tom yum was amazing. I had the duck curry twice. We were in Krabi for 6 days and we basically had nearly every meal here.

The owner speaks good English which made ordering really easy as the wife had some requirements. Bonus of having some really cute cats outside who benefitted from our leftovers.

Everything is amazing in this restaurant. We went 5 times, everyday of our stay in Klong Muang and from the familiar faces the same is true of many other people. We tried several things and everything was delicious and well served, both meat, fish, seafood and desserts. Difficult to say what we liked the most, everything was amazing; chicken with cashew nuts, seabass garlic and pepper, lobster, tom yum soup, panang curry with duck, curry pineapple and shrimp, mango sticky rice, fried banana, etc. This is a family run restaurant.
