Lotus Court — Restaurant in Krabi Province

DON'T EAT HERE!!!! Took a long time to take our order and after which the food was served in approximately 2 minutes (already a bad sign) We were however unsuspecting since we were staying at a 5 star resort. A few hours later both me and my boyfriend started throwing up and had food poisoning for the next 3 days. Mind you we only had breakfast that day apart from this meal which happens to be at the same restaurant. This was the worst experience in Thailand for us, and in addition next day when we checked out the hotel refused to remove the item off the bill although it was clear that this restaurant was the source...

The food was good. It was served hot, with good presentation, and tasty. However, I ordered the pork chop dish and the meat was dry. The menu was a bit pricey, but expected for this level of restaurant.

The service was good, but the servers spoke very little English. The decor was somewhat elegant. The other problem was we ate here at 2 pm and the air conditioning was so little that we were sweating during our meal. My wife asked if they could turn the fan above us higher, but the waitress said she could not. It would have made our meal much more...

Didn't eat here. But drinks are nice. beach side seating area was relaxing. We ordered Singapore sling which is not too sweet and just lovely. If you had Singapore sling in Singapore before, expect a much lighter version in Thailand.

Another drink was Manhattan which didnt come in the cocktail glass. Also, served with ice instead of strained. Expect to pay around 250 baht before tax and service charge for one drink.

Recommended if you just wanna chill in the hotel instead of walking...
