To reach this lovely oasis, take a short, picturesque stroll along the appropriately called "Monkey Trail." While the 15-minute walk may appear insignificant, the payoff—a peaceful, scenic beach—is well worth the effort.

The short hike to the beach is well worth it, as you will be rewarded with breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility that is hard to find at other popular beaches in the area.
One of the standout features of Pai Plong Beach is its calm and clear waters. It's the perfect place to go for a swim, snorkel or even just to relax on a float. Additionally, the beach is at its quietest in the morning, so it's an ideal time to visit if you want to avoid crowds and enjoy some peaceful moments by yourself.
Another highlight of Pai Plong Beach is the opportunity to see monkeys on the walk to the beach. It's not every day that you get to see these playful creatures in their natural habitat, so make sure to bring your camera along for some great photo opportunities.

Read moreGreat beach, with not a lot of people. Would definitely recommend this one. You can get here from the monkey walking trail on Ao Nang Beach. Takes about 10 minutes to walk the trail. It is a hike, so just be aware. You can't rent kayaks here, the only kayaks they have at the beach are for the resort guests. After visiting the other beaches I am actually very happy about this. This beach has no reason for someone to go to unless you are staying at the resort or your really want to go to this beach. Which means not a lot of tourists and no tours. The other beaches "Railay Beach" and "Phra Nang" get loaded with people during the day!
If you want to go to a gorgeous beach and just lay on wonderful sand. And also have some spots for shade, this...
