Roadside Bar — Restaurant in Krabi Province

I believe this place is the same as the Klippe Cafe&Bistro, which has the same menu. The location for “Roadside Bar” does not exist when we went there. Only Klippe was there. I am re-posting my review from Klippe Cafe&Bistro here.

We went here for lunch. The food is really cheap, but in this case, you get what you pay for. The stir fried rice noodles with chicken was bland, the stir fried Thai basil chicken was salty, the shrimp fried rice tasted a bit off. The fries were ok. The spaghetti was cold (most likely precooked but plated without re-warming) and overcooked.

I am unsure why the high reviews for this place. I guess you just need to go find out...

Really affordable and tasty dishes as a Singaporean tourist. The Thai dishes here are authentic and are a must have! They also have smoothies as well that's great for the hot weather. Been here three times and it's always great.

Personally we tried about half of their menu and they were all good Pineapple Fried Rice Thai Basil Chicken Rice Fried Shrimp Rice Pad Thai Rice noodles From this list I will personally recommend, Pineapple Fried Rice and Rice Noodles.

The plastic Christmas trees @ the entrance are a nice welcome. The staff are delightful and we loved hearing them laugh and enjoy what they are doing. They were very welcoming and dedicated to pleasing the customers. The food was very fresh and extremely delicious. It is great value for money and the kitchen is open and clean. We stayed next door at BlueSotel SMART and ate here numerous times and were always pleased with the quality of food the food and the whole experience.
