Rainny's Kitchen — Restaurant in Krabi Province

It appears to be a decent place, but I won’t be returning for the following reason.

I ordered chicken Parmesan, and started to cut it up but it arrived raw. I informed the staff about this, and they promptly took it back. I anticipated them to replace it with a fresh piece, but instead, I received the same cut up raw chicken, albeit smaller. It seemed as though they had either removed the raw parts or microwaved it, which was certainly not what I had ordered. The waiter and manager from the hotel made my boyfriend feel extremely uncomfortable. Firstly, it was so obvious they had no interest in being in work and weren’t friendly whatsoever. Secondly, our drinks looked nothing like the images shown in their menu. Finally, my boyfriend went to pay by card in the hotel behind and he said the manager was speaking Thai to him and the waitress was laughing. He knew that he was making an unkind or insulting remark , regardless of the language barrier. So unprofessional....

We ordered two meal and 2 drinks. All of it was wrong. I ordered a salmon toast and got just avocado toast because they didn't have but they didn't tell me. I ordered a chocolate bowl and got a fruit bowl. I ordered a chocolate drink and got a coffee drink.. The only drink that came as I order it was tasting like powder drink.. far from what we can expect from a coffee place. Above that, the food was not good.
