TLDR: Unbelievably rude customer service. Despite me being very patient and polite in trying to rectify the situation from mistakes the restaurant made, the manager told me to "shut up and go away"!
This started as a nice experience and went quickly and bafflingly downhill. We ordered garlic bread, spaghetti carbonara (both fine) and a vegetarian pizza (mushrooms, olives, capsicum, onion and corn — we asked for no pineapple). The pizza they first brought out had no mushroom, peppers, onions or olives, but did have broccoli, carrots and peas, so we sent it back and asked for the pizza we actually ordered. They then just added mushrooms and olives onto the same (now lukewarm) pizza, so we asked them to make a new one with the correct ingredients. They then brought out the pizza pictured in this review, which speaks for itself. When I told the manager (very politely) that we wouldn't pay for that pizza and explained that it was because it didn't remotely resemble what we ordered, he told me to "shut up and go away". Read moreThe setup of Suza Hut is so cool. They have raised wooden sitting areas overlooking the beach with traditional thai mats/pillows that you can relax on and enjoy the sunset.
The food was delicious (I suggest the banana split for dessert). A little more on the pricey side for the beach but it does feel a bit more “high-end” compared to some of the other spots.
