Favorite Pad Thai on the island! I see different prices listed in other reviews but we paid 80 THB for chicken and 70 THB for vegetarian with egg. There isn’t a menu so maybe the prices can change but we were here in high season (December) for reference. Made to order and fast service by the very nice and laid back chef, Khun Pom. It’s no frills, served on paper with chopsticks but so delicious! Not too many noodles and lots of beansprouts which I love. Grab some cold beers from the minimart inside and enjoy! He starts around mid-day (maybe later depending on the day) and finishes cooking when his sauce runs out. If you go in the evening, spray yourself...

The pad Thai is good but the guy is, despite being nice, totally unreliable. I have been waiting for 1 hour for him to come back. The stall is left unattended, no one knows where he is and when he will come back. This has happened already for three days in a row. Putting a message like “I will be back” and saying for how long you’re away that would help. It’s a pity cause we were 3 people waiting and we all left, it’s a pity cause your pad Thai is good but it’s not worth it if yoy never know if you can actually have it if you are not there...
