FATT Chicken, located on the B1 floor of One Bangkok on Rama 4 Road, is a Singaporean-style chicken rice restaurant co-founded by Chef Enoch Teo. Chef Enoch, a Singaporean native, began his culinary journey at 14 and has experience in Michelin-starred establishments like Restaurant André and Les Amis. He gained recognition in Thailand as a semi-finalist in "The Next Iron Chef Thailand Season 2" and a finalist in "Top Chef Thailand 2023." FATT Chicken was born from his desire to share Singaporean-Chinese culinary traditions with the Thai community.
The restaurant's signature dish is the Hainanese Chicken Rice, featuring tender poached chicken served over fragrant rice cooked in chicken broth, accompanied by traditional chili sauce, ginger paste, and dark soy sauce. Other notable menu items include Hainanese Fried Chicken Rice, Bak Kut Teh (a herbal pork rib soup), Soy Sauce Chicken with Egg Noodles, and Turnip Cakes with X.O. Sauce. While specific reviews for the One Bangkok location are limited, feedback from FATT Chicken's other branches, such as the Emsphere outlet, highlight the authenticity and quality of the dishes. Diners praise the rich chicken fragrance of the rice and the succulence of the chicken. One reviewer from Singapore noted, "The rice was authentic in taste, strong in chicken fragrance and oil flavor, with a smooth texture... The chicken slices were juicy and succulent."

Read moreI have seen a rise in Lion City's chicken rise in Bangkok recently. Having heard of Fatt for a while and finally had a chance to try. Its a relatively small restaurant situated in ONE Bangkok in B1 level.
I wasn't disappointed.
Ordered: Chicken rice set Bak kut tea Turnip cake with XO sauce
Chicken was plump, tender, juicy and very flavorful. Cooked to perfection to the way i like it. The rice was delicious, but definitely not the best I have tasted so far. The chili was a little bit of a let down in my personal opinion. I like my chili to be a little spicier but theirs tend to lean on the sweeter side.
Bak kut tea was a little too sweet. But it was full of ingredients. Price was very reasonable for the size.
Turnip cake with XO sauce was a delight. I was worried the XO sauce would be overpowering, but they cooked it to perfection with the right balance.
The service staffs were great!
Overall really love this restaurant and will definitely be back again...
