Atmosphere is really good. I have mixed reviews regarding the dishes we ordered but appreciated that the staff took feedback seriously (1) most fave dish is the sou vide pork rib (super tender ribs, fall Of the bone) a dish that we will order again (2) next most fave: fish dish with potato gratin (fresh fish, just cooked with very yummy smoked grilled veg dip - will order again (3) basque cheese cake with passionfruit gelato- very creamy, nit yo sweet, passionfruit ice cream was great accomplishment - will order again (4) ok squid ink paella (didn’t have strong flavour of squid ink or seafood. First, some menu items were out of stock. Then the Ensaladilla Rusa was so bland, you couldn't even taste the crab meat if it was crab or something else. The oxtail in red wine sauce was OK, but you can't taste the red wine in the sauce. The sourdough bread that came with it, was so hard and tough and dry, and it did not come with any dip: I had to ask for olive oil... The Croquetas Jambon Iberico were tasty. While I was still eating the oxtail, I was clearly not finished yet, and some overly fake happy waitress disturbed me, shouting: "would you like the dessert menu, Sir?" very off-putting. Great spot for sharing-style Spanish food with a modern twist. We came here with a group as family and every dish was on point—from the cold-cut cheese board to the grilled meats and seafood. The grilled squid was super tender and flavorful, and the pork chop came perfectly cooked and juicy. Loved the mix of sauces and sides too—especially the roasted fish and Burrata fresh salads.

The vibe is warm and elegant without feeling too formal. Perfect for a dinner with friends or something a bit special such as our brother birthday dinner. Service is a bit slow as I need to pour my own wine and water at some points. Definitely one of the highlights at...
