Simple but good cafe concept. Central location in downtown Pai. Basic drink fare. Low prices. Simple white décor including fish tanks and pleasant jazz music in the background.
On the downside, the place is poorly managed. First sign was literally the "Closed" sign when in fact the shop was open. After sitting down, my enjoyment of the nice jazz music was interrupted by the single staff member's watching of anime on his phone without headphones and with his volume turned up. The WC lacks toilet paper and the sink lacks hand soap. Finally, after hanging out a bit the foul odor of the cats' litter box becomes apparent.
Here's what I would tell the cafe's owner: Double the price and increase the quality by hiring better staff. Also, advertise on social media if you're not...
