Do not be fooled by its unassuming decor. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Inside looks like a typical BKK rustic bar, far from being an expected Myanmar restaurant with soothing music and cute waitresses. The music was mostly hip-hop. The food is another level. We wanted a traditional Myanmar lunch and we got what we wanted. It was delicious. You can tell the chef knows how to cook and loves to cook. It tasted like a home-cooked food your aunt makes at her house. I am impressed. This is one of the top 3 Myanmar restaurants in town.

First I went there with big hopes. I wanted to eat Rakhine Mote Ti. It’s been so long I haven’t had good one since I arrived here. My friends said I can get authentic Rakhine food here. So I ordered Rakhine Mote Ti salad. It was a big portion like you see in the photo. But a little bit dry and the soup was salty… and the price was 80 not including fish cake.. I have to pay 20B for 1 fish cake.. I thought at least 1 fish cake included in that price 😅. So it costed 100B. I hope next time I could get a good one.

8/10 for authentic Burmese taste. Located near Ratchaparop ARL and wholesale shopping malls. Service was brilliant as well. Especially, Mya Lay (waitress). She has a wonderful personality, patience and she knows the process of the service. She can also explain about the Burmese cuisine in English to me . Affordable prices....
