So French Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Patong

This is an awful experience for me and my friend. We ordered two burgers, but the waiter forgot about it, and only order one for us, without apologies, they try to blame on us, they think we only ordered 1. And it took us more than one hour to wait for this burger to come out. I try to talk with the lady with glasses, I forget her name, I was smiling and trying to be nice to ask why it took so long for our orders to come, instead of telling me “sorry for keeping you waiting”, she told me “we can’t make that, if you want to cancel just cancel it”, but come on, we’ve already waited for more than an hour, I never met someone so rude, such bad attitude, I just hope the owner of this restaurant could see my comment, can you please give some training to your staff? Let her know at least how to be a normal human, be a polite human, how to serve, we paid the money not to see your attitude. She is the worst staff I’ve ever met. She told me if you want to complain, go complain. Wow, This lady here is really surprised me, in a bad bad way. I’ll never visit again. And I will not suggest anyone visit here if they don’t improve about the service. If you don’t one waiting for your food more than an hour and see the waitress’s attitude, then never mind about...

Located near the end of Patong street, walking distance from Hilton's double trees hotel. Service was friendly and welcoming, food taste delicious and clean without too much grease. Numerous healthy options to choose from and options for special diets. The only downside I'd advise for their improvement might be kitchen's coming speed, I was dining in around lunchtime with another family next table, however it took over fifteen minutes until for was serve, of course I understand the kitchen may have some shortage of workers, if this may improve it will be really perfect.

Cute restaurant and location. I had high expectations based on the reviews but when going found a number of key items on the menu to be “sold out” despite it being early in the evening. I ended up ordering the duck which came with a berry sauce that suspiciously seemed to just be jam. The potatoes seemed to be instant mashed potatoes. And everything including my broccoli soups was extremely bland. My partner who is vegetarian was giving fish sauce alongside her food so when she asked for it to be switched for soy sauce they ended up bringing her back the fish sauce with soy sauce added not seemingly understanding that vegetarians don’t eat fish sauce. I would be maybe give this place a second try to see if it improves but all in all I was disappointed and ended up getting snack elsewhere to...
