Phuket Thai Bistro — Restaurant in Patong

We are a family of five and we all chose different meals from the menu, we had pasta, burgers, pizza and Thai, all guests said the food was delicious including myself, the food arrived quickly, the pizzas are large and cooked in a pizza oven at the front of the restaurant and were perfectly cooked, I had the cheeseburger and it was packed with flavour, two guests had the Thai and pasta and both said we’re perfectly cooked with good flavour, the total cost is about the price you pay for a beachfront location in Patong, the only downside was there was no background music or atmosphere, there was a TV playing YouTube videos of a family living in the wilderness (bit weird to be showing this over playing music) we were also the only people in the restaurant around 6pm so it felt quite sterile and in the hour we were dining there no one else came in to eat, maybe this was du to us eating...

I had high expectations here due to the good reviews. Having said that, the service was just "decent". The food was "ok" (I ordered the full English breakfast menu), with the potatoes being undercooked and 2 tiny slices of bacon. The coffee that came along with the breakfast was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. The 7 Eleven latte is much tastier IMO.

Some really nice things about this restaurant is the proximity to the beach, and because it's way out in the corner of Patong Beach, it is actually quite secluded with not many people. The view is also really nice, and the fact that you can use your laptop to do some quick work is a major plus.

We came here for light breakfast, ordered some sandwiches and it was bad. Bread was already overcooked, but the cheese inside the sandwich was not even started to melt, like it was just taken from the fridge. Place is cosy, near the beach.
